Twin girls drowned Thursday afternoon in a backyard pool in the 2800 block of South 65th Lane, Phoenix police said.
Officers and firefighters responded to the home about 3:30 p.m. May 2 to find two children being given CPR by family members after they were found in the backyard pool, according to police.
